Application: Used for high-speed wood edge bonding.
How to use: Place the hot melt adhesive beads into the automatic packaging machine and connect the 220V power source. It can be used after being preheated for ten minutes. Operating temperature is 160°C ~ 180°C.
1. Temperature control: The operating temperature is usually controlled between 160°C ~ 180°C, but does not exceed 220°C. Check temperature regularly using a laboratory or metal thermometer or a direct and systematic electrode thermometer. If necessary, adjust again to avoid that after a long period of work, the thermometer installed on the machine may display wrong information.
2. Lining speed: 12 – 15 m/min, according to the width of the edge, low speed may lead to errors. 3. Hot melt adhesive consumption for sealing side: 300 – 400g/m2.
Packaging & storage: Packaging paper bags, 25Kg/carton. Stored in a cool dry place, storage period is two years.
Note
1. Expansion and cure times will vary according to the temperature at which the adhesive is heated, the amount of paint, adhesion time and strength.
2. The temperature of the melting system is high, please do not touch it to avoid scalds.
3. If glue falls on the skin, the burned part must be immediately soaked in cold water for at least 15 minutes and then go to the hospital for treatment.
